8/7/25, 12:30 PM I picked up the vehicle. Once again, Jennifer apologized and blamed the problem on the people in the office. I paid for the oil change and tire rotation. When I left, the van drove much worse than I did when I got there. I took it straight to Ziegler‘s but could not drive it over 40 mph. When I got to Ziegler‘s, they came out and looked at it and immediately saw that the belts had shifted on both front tires. They were surprised that this was not noticed when the tires were rotated. I believe the tires were probably rotated from the back to the front and this is why it caused it to drive so much worse. 8/7/25, 11:55 AM: I received a call from Jennifer. My wife had previously called her to find out the status of the vehicle. She told my wife again that it was not her problem that it was scheduled in properly by the people in the office. She wasn’t sure she would be able to get to the problem. she called me to confirm this and let me know that if I wanted to pick it up to take it to someone else I could do that. I let her know that I would do that. 8/6/25, 1:50 PM. I dropped the van off at Sarchcione‘s. Jennifer immediately came out to get the mileage. When I confirmed with her the issues with the tires and suspension, she informed me that I was only there for an oil change and tire rotation. I told her that when I set up the appointment it was because of this other issue and that I was only having the service done since it would be there. I typically would not have had the service done until November. I felt that she was arguing with me regarding this, and it made me feel like she thought it was my problem that it was not scheduled correctly. After I insisted that I did correctly schedule it. She then put the blame on the people in the office that took the order. She said she would try to work it in, but it would not be easy because she would have to move it from one location to another. I left it there, assuming it would be taken care of. 7/29/25, 7:56 AM: set up appointment for next Wednesday the sixth at 2:00 PM. Tentatively we will be waiting on the vehicle. They will change oil lube, rotate tires, checked tire balance, and check alignment. In the past, I have been very happy with the service I have received. The only reserve service though that I have had has been oil changes which honestly anybody can do. When this additional issue come up, I found them to be unable to deal with it. The problem was resolved with new tires from the other vendor. Along with us, I had an issue with the combination door lock that they sold to me and installed. The battery had gone bad, which surprise me in such a short period of time. Jennifer told me she was not at all familiar with that and it would cost $169 to diagnose the problem which I knew was just the battery. Nothing was done on that either. I am only passing on this information to hopefully have the dealership improve on their service. I have no plans to return to this dealer for any service.

Very helpful with the knowledge of when services needed and found brakes needed through their inspections. Very friendly staff!

The service was very quick. Definitely have always been more impressed with the selling side than the service side of Sarchionne. First truck service at 7500 miles. Didn't even ask if I wanted courtesy wash. Only reason I brought back was it was part of the original sale.

I came in a few days ago for my first oil change. Everything went smoothly. My check engine light was on, so they were able to get me scheduled a couple of days later. I brought it in, they found the issue, fixed it same day. Everyone there is so pleasant.

Very prompt service.

Repair of vapor line leak under bumper to bumper warranty was attempted. Leak still present, they think it's above the gas tank - maybe a mouse ate it. They would not do any more work under warranty, assuming act of God damage. But They can not prove how damage was done, it could also have been a defective part or damaged at assembly. What is clear is that the opportunity to not fix the damaged part under the bumper to bumper warranty was taken.

We will 100% be back to get our future cars. Working with Wes was easy and seamless. The finance guy was amazing, and was so easy to work with.

Everyone I spoke with did a great job with communication, and getting the work that needed done on my vehicle done when stated. Thank You.

Sarchione Chevy tried to rip me off. They wanted to charge me 386 dollars for a blower motor control module that comes with the blower motor because the extended warranty company would not cover it even though the blower motor was covered and was what took out the module that come with the new GM blower motor. Then when i wanted to cancel the useless warranty they sold me and i had never used until now they want to hit me with a 800 dollar fee to cancel it. This place is a scam. Don't buy from them.

The on line scheduling was extremely misleading. I scheduled, received confirmation, showed up to a closed facility. Rescheduled and called to be told the system isn’t working out! However, the service when I got there was excellent and the people were amazing!
